What you need to know:

  • This is following on from the introduction of regular checks & updates for Allianz cover
  • We now identify Allianz credit limit changes for more debtors (specifically in the cases where Allianz have difficulties identifying the debtor company)
  • Updates will continue to happen in the background and as usual, if a limit change from Allianz is not showing up on Seawolf please allow up to a day for it to reflect before reaching out to support

Customer Reference in Allianz Requests

When making an Allianz cover request, Seawolf now sends through the client ID and DUNS number for a debtor as part of that request in the "Customer Company Reference" field.
