Improved Debtor Auto Linking

What you need to know:
- We have improved our debtor linking process to prevent automatically linking debtors that have not had a recent relationship with a client
- The default time period is 365 days since a receivable has been issued
We have made an improvement to prevent automatically linking debtors that have not had a recent relationship with a client. When you upload receivables for a client, debtors without a receivable issued in the last 365 days will not be automatically linked.
When this feature is enabled, it should help lower costs as the number of debtors needlessly linked should be reduced.
Existing Behaviour
When a debtor is seen for the first time, we attempt to automatically link it.
New Feature Enabled
When an uploaded receivable is issued within a configurable time period (default is 1 year), we will attempt to automatically link the debtor.
If the uploaded receivable is issued outside of this time period, we will not attempt to automatically link the debtor.
